 A plastic kit of a Schools class loco. "Harrow". These 4-4-0 express class locos were designed by Richard Maunsell and built in 1930. They were built intialy as an intermediate class of express class loco to fill in where the larger 4-6-0 were to big. They came into their own on the Tonbridge to Hastings route which required a narrower profile of body. They were the most powerfull 4-4-0 ever built in this country. Although the axle load was a bit on the heavy side at 21 tons.
